RRS products are designed
for client satisfaction. RRS strive to get your order to you
complete, undamaged and 100% correct. Returned products need
to be in their original packaging with all parts and instructions
included any late cancellation of RRS Custom orders and/or
returns of non-defective or non-damaged parts are at the discretion
of RRS and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping and Insurance costs
are not refundable. There is also a re-stocking fee for all
returns we receive within 60 days from the date your order
was shipped (charged in Australian Dollars), which is a 20%
of item(s) original purchase price. Any returns received by
us after 60 days from the date your order was shipped will
be refunded with a deduction of the original shipping costs
plus a 'late' fee (charged in Australian Dollars), which is
a 60% of item(s) original purchase price.
Products
Product specifications, availability and pricing are all subject
to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the
purchaser to insure that the use of purchase products is in
compliance with all laws and regulations.
Delivery
RRS products are made to order, we strive for an efficient
delivery time of 4 – 6 weeks from date of order unless otherwise
advised. This may vary due to supply issues outside the control
of RRS.
For Returns, Exchange
or Warranty
RRS order # and RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
must be supplied with completed Return and Exchange Form (sales@rrs-online.com).
This number must be written on the outside of the returned
package. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear
on your credit card statement. No returns will be accepted
on painted, modified, "Custom" or "Special Order" items. Item
must be received within 30 days of RRS RMA issue date; otherwise
the Returned Merchandise Authorization will be voided.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence,
shall RRS, its subsidiary or affiliates be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
to client vehicle that have resulted from the incorrect use
of or incorrect application of RRS products.
Disclaimer
RRS have provided links and pointers to Internet sites maintained
by third parties. Neither RRS or subsidiary companies, nor
their affiliates operate or control the information, products
or services on these third-party sites, therefore RRS disclaims
all warranties outside of the RRS standard 12months or 12,000miles/20,000kl,
expressed or implied on outside link websites.

marks of RRS® Copying RRS logos and/or any other third party
logos accessed through RRS website is not permitted without
prior approval from the relevant copyright owner.
Damaged Delivery
Upon receiving your order, open the carton(s) and thoroughly
inspect the contents. If any package arrives and shows signs
of external damage, please do not accept it from carrier.
If possible request the carrier to advise you of their procedure
and follow. If there was damage during shipment, contact RRS
so that a claim can be filed. Please keep all packaging materials
should the carrier wish to inspect them. If possible please
photographed damaged packages.
