Makes adapting column to the RRS Rack & Pinion easier.

Standard Features include: Self-Canceling Turn Signals, 8-Position Tilt, 4-Way Flashers, Knobs and Handles, Ford Turn Signal Switch, Ford Top Shaft and Floor Mount.

Suitable for steering wheels from 1968 or later.
Not suitable for Column mounted Ingnition Key Models
